Apartments

Our apartment residents (at the time of writing) range in age from 69 years to 92 years. Generally these residents are single or widowed with married couples preferring to choose a town house option. For town house living please visit Chatsford - the Life Style choice.

We offer five designs of apartments and each design can be tailored to a specific residents tastes. The larger apartments are fully self contained and include full cooking and laundry facilities. Our smaller apartments are designed to receive some services - food, linen, housekeeping etc and cannot generally be lived in without some of these services.

Servicing of apartments option, offers an important degree of independence for those who prefer to have regular cleaning, meals provided and all laundry done. Residents enjoy the same community facilities, activities and additional support services. Each apartment has the comfort of wall to wall carpeting with thermostatically controlled heating, drapes, a built in wardrobe, separate bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and extractor fan.

All apartments are equipped with emergency call units to summon immediate assistance. Each apartment has telephone and television jackpoints and multiple powerpoints. A resident laundry with auto washers, dryers and iron facilities is near by for personal laundry items for our smaller apartments that do not have the laundry facilities in their units. Our hospitality service package includes breakfast in apartments, dinner and tea in the restaurant, laundry of bed linen and bath towels, a weekly apartment clean and of course the 24 hour attendance of suitably trained staff to assist with emergencies. Additional services can be arranged to cater for an individual residents requirements.
