Glenbrook Apartments is part of teh Chatsford Community and is built on a 10.256 hectare site, situated on the expansive Taieri Plains, on the outskirts of Mosgiel, within Dunedin City located on the South East Coast of the South Island, of New Zealand.

With a population of over 10,000 people, Mosgiel is the principal town of a rich farming district. Mosgiel boasts significantly more sunshine hours than nearby coastal areas, and Chatsford's site was chosen for its flat topography, its rural outlook and its close proximity to recreational and service amenities. A range of hills protects the plains from coastal weather and the well known landmark of 'Saddle Hill' is synonymous with Mosgiel.

Mosgiel's parent city, Dunedin (15 minute drive to the city centre), is one the oldest University Cities in the southern hemisphere and has a population of around 120,000.

New Zealand's southern region is internationally famous for its magnificent scenery, from the beautiful coastal white sanded beaches, through to the spectacular natures of Central Otago and Fiordland with destinations renowned for skiing, fishing, bush walks/tramping and hospitality of towns such as Queenstown, all within approximately 3 hours from Glenbrook.
